The Host club meets twice a month and the first meeting is the regular meeting and the 2nd meeting is the Guest meeting
The Board meeting has been convened on the 4th Tuesday of every month
The club, with 140 members on its rool, is the senior – most club in the District and is strictly following the by-laws laid down by the International Lions Club and by the District Administration
During the Lionistic year 1970-71, our International president has participated as the chief guest for the regional meet held in Kanchipuram
Many Lions Dignitaries have participated in the various service projects of the club and complimented the efforts of the club
During the Silver Jubilee year (1982-1983), the club purchased a plot and constructed a Building on its own at a cost of from (1990-91), Rs.18,00,000/-
